Together, they have raised a beautiful family of five children: Aire'l, Kayla, Richard, Brandon, and Bryan. Cassandra is the daughter of her surviving parent, her father, Aubrey.
Education has been a significant part of Cassandra's life journey. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Bethune-Cookman University, where she majored in Criminal Justice. Her thirst for knowledge didn't stop there, as she went on to graduate with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.
Beyond her professional life, Cassandra's interests are as diverse as her experiences. She loves to explore different cultures and cuisines through her extensive travels. In addition to her adventurous spirit, she is the proud owner of CasKeny Fragrance and Accessories, a successful business venture. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, playing sports, helping others, and spending quality time with her family, often while watching movies.
Whatever you set your mind to you can do it. One day and one step at a time. If you fall or life gets too hard, get up and keep trying until you reach your goal.
Cassandra Lundy currently serves as a school counselor at Mainland High School, where she plays a vital role in guiding children towards achieving their academic and personal goals. In the professional realm, Cassandra is an active member of various organizations, including the School Counselor Association, and she holds the position of a notary and a registered mental health intern in the state of Florida.
Looking to the future, Cassandra's career goals include teaching at a university, continuing her mental health practice, and venturing into real estate and the food truck business. Her personal philosophy is grounded in faith, family, hard work, and respect for others.
Cassandra has faced significant challenges, including the loss of her late husband in 2017 while carrying their first child and the subsequent loss of her mother in 2018. These experiences taught her the value of vulnerability and seeking counseling when needed, emphasizing the importance of mental health.
Cassandra is also a community-oriented individual who engages in various volunteer activities. She firmly believes in "walking by faith and not by sight" and encourages others to take life one step at a time, never giving up on their dreams and aspirations.
As for a fun fact, not many know that Cassandra once played women's football in Daytona and has a knack for getting her friends to join in her crazy adventures. Her zest for life is evident in all that she does, making her an inspirational figure to those around her.
