HOW YOUR SUPPORT HELPS

Cultuvue™ is a philanthropic endeavor, not a political statement. To remain a free-of-charge, curated exhibition that removes the financial barrier in underserved communities, we need your help. Your financial involvement also helps us to:

#1

Create targeted satellite exhibits in multiple locations, an increase from 3 to 5, to increase our reach and awareness

#2

Increase school class tours and field trips from 20 to 25

#3

Sponsor three roundtable discussions with local university humanities scholars and subject-area experts (such as financial) to encourage safe-space dialogue and enhance participants' lived experience

#4

Host three live presentations on our Facebook platform that includes American Sign Language interpretation

#5

Create new visual and technological layouts and context for portrait and art collections

SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY

BY SUPPORTING CULTUVUE, YOU ARE SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY

Art has the ability to unique ability to unite people across different cultures and backgrounds. This was proven with our collaborative mosaic art pieces honoring the late Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther) and aviator, Bessie Coleman, along with one replicating a traditional African woman. Different individuals had the opportunity to creatively decorate an individual tile, that when united with the entirety of the collective tiles, would form a beautiful, eclectic work of art. Thank you to the hundreds of attendees who took part in this project!

We also had a built-in game within the exhibit. This was our Cultuvue scavenger hunt. Participants had the opportunity to race against time to find all the hidden emoji faces obtain when scanning a qr code located throughout the exhibit and win cash prizes.
